The lack of a unified booking management framework and tools for users created operational chaos and limited conversion. - Solution: We designed and implemented a scalable ecosystem consisting of a web portal, a native mobile application, and an admin panel. We built the architecture from scratch, implementing dynamic pricing, transaction automation, and real-time asset status synchronization, which ensured stable operation under all loads. - Result: 2.5x Booking speed — 40% Conversion growth; 99.9% System Uptime ### Shopify store development and support. *Shopify · Payment Systems · Themes* - Problem: The client requested a migration of their storefront from Vue.js to Next.js.
